Our menus range from traditional to contemporary. The menus shown are predominantly traditional as, from 20 years experience, we have found that the majority of guests prefer familiar foods.
Our sample menus can be varied to suit your requirements and to include vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and special diets

PRE-PLATED MEALS - An ideal option where quick service is required or to ensure every guest has an equal quantity of food. Most menus can be pre-plated and there is no extra cost.
Menus and prices are based on a minimum of 20 covers. For functions where there are fewer than 20 please ask for a quotation.
Hot sit-down meals are usually cooked on site and are only available where there are adequate kitchen facilities and hot-holding/plate warming equipment. Most hot buffets, however, are available at venues with limited facilities.
