Buffet would be served at a fixed time.
If service is required over several hours, e.g. for a breakfast morning at a trade counter, there would be an extra charge to cover the cost of labour.
TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE @ £1.50 per head
Includes crockery and staff to serve. Minimum charge of £60.00
A choice of tea, coffee, herbal tea, orange squash or mineral water is available
Price is based on staff being on site for up to an hour before serving commences and up to 2 hours serving.
If staff are required to be on site earlier then their time will be charged at £10 per hour or part thereof
