We can offer finger buffets, fork buffets (hot or cold), pre-plated meals, carvery or canapes.
Waiters and waitresses are smartly dressed in black and white uniform.
Menus are clearly labelled with the type of service included:-
- Delivery only - food is delivered at a pre-arranged time and no serving or waiting staff are included
- Buffet service - guests will help themselves to food whilst staff are included in our price to assist with carving etc, and serving tea or coffee
We are no longer able to offer full waiter/waitress service for sit-down meals as lack of demand means that we no longer retain an adequate number of staff.
Our small team is able to provide a tea and coffee service and assistance with serving at buffets
Tea and coffee service is available which includes crockery, serving staff and also provides a selection of herbal teas and cold drink alternatives
Crockery and cutlery hire - this is only available when Springwood House has supplied the catering. Please ask for further details and prices.
Hired items will be delivered, free of charge, together with the food and must be returned within 24 hours.
A refundable deposit is required - any breakages or missing items must be paid for.
