Springwood House Catering is a family run business which was established by Lynn Henstock in 1986. We are based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border and close to Junction 28 of the M1. Our menus range from traditional to contemporary, so whatever your choice we have a menu to suit your needs.

Buffets are prepared in our own fully-equipped and dedicated catering kitchen.

We are a registered food premises to comply with Food Safety Regulations and are routinely inspected by the environmental health department.
Clients are also welcomed to inspect our premises.
Our rating on the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is the top rating of 5.
The scheme is run by local authorities in partnership with the Food Standards Agency and every registered food business is given a rating.
Lynn Henstock holds a Diploma in Food Hygiene and is a Member of the Royal Society of Public Health (MRSPH). All our staff are trained in health and hygiene procedures.

We are proud of our reputation for delicious home-cooked food. We use fresh, high quality produce sourced from local suppliers wherever possible including free range eggs and locally reared beef which has been matured for 21 days. Our herb garden provides us with the fresh herbs that we use in salads and in cooking. Fruit including apples, pears and plums are picked from our own orchard. Food will be prepared and cooked to meet your requirements making this a unique service. We believe that presentation is important too and all our food is tastefully garnished
